How we introduced ourselves to Australia.

Back in 2018, we began expanding into a new geography beyond India. This brought us to Adelaide, Australia, with a new country, a new culture, and a new way of doing business. Different place, different context, but the people felt familiar. The pressures, hopes, and anxieties of building something of your own don’t really change across borders.

That perspective guided who we chose to speak to when we entered Australia. We began by reaching out to small business owners, people building something of their own, juggling a hundred things every day while still thinking long-term. We were a tiny design studio entering unfamiliar territory, and Unleash was the campaign we created to connect with them. We understood that brand-building is a conscious, long-term exercise, deeply tied to the future of a business. At the same time, it lives alongside everyday decisions, pressure, and responsibility. We wanted it to feel like a partnership built on trust and continuity. Instead of talking about brand-building directly, the campaign focused on everything it should make space for. Music. Food. Travel. Movies. Fitness. Shopping. Moments worth capturing.

The visuals leaned into colourful, indulgent, almost yummy objects. Relying on hedonic stimuli and cognitive ease, we used visual metaphor to let form, colour, and depth do most of the work and allow the message to land instinctively rather than through explanation. The copy stayed light and steady, repeating the same rhythm across every creative. Different visuals, same structure. The campaign was about reassurance. That brand-building could feel dependable. That long-term thinking could coexist with everyday life. That there was space to focus on building the business while the brand was being shaped with care.

Of course, our tastes and understanding have evolved since then, and with hindsight, we would approach many things differently. But that evolution is the point.
Growth shows up not in getting it “right” the first time, but in letting each phase teach you how to see more clearly the next.

By 2024, our Australian presence moved from Adelaide to Melbourne, alongside a long, gradually earned shift in the nature of the work we were doing.

Small businesses were our entry point, a way to understand the landscape and build trust from the ground up. Over time, as our own confidence grew and that trust deepened, we began working with larger, more complex organisations. At the same time, physical location has started to matter less than it once did. The world feels smaller, more connected, and more open to collaboration across borders. Today, we enjoy working with teams and projects wherever they are, approaching every brief with the same intent, listening closely, thinking long-term, and shaping brands with care.
